Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. This is because our printing process begins immediately after order confirmation to ensure timely delivery.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued once the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed.
Refunds will only be considered in these cases:
- There is a clear error in the printing caused by PRINTS24x7, or the order received is substantially different from the approved design or specifications provided on the website.
- In cases of printing errors by PRINTS24x7, users must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, including videographic evidence of unboxing, to be eligible for a free reprint or refund.
- No refunds will be given for errors originating from incorrect information entered by the user.
- Approved refund claims will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
